UK DELIVERY
All arrangements are hand-made to order.
Arrangements can be collected from NW London, or delivered locally, within a 5 mile radius of NW7 (delivery fee to be confirmed upon order, dependent on location).
Shipping can also be discussed upon order and we can deliver to home, work or anywhere convenient for you, but not to a P.O. Box address.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided on the order.
Out of stock
If an item is out of stock we will communicate with you and offer an alternative if one is available, or keep in touch and advise when that product is available.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS POLICY
Refunds will unfortunately not be issued if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged though, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to return your item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund or replacement goods and your postage costs will be reimbursed.
If we do not consider the item(s) to be damaged or if you do not return within the required timescale, we will not reimburse for postage and packaging.
