Do you cover my area?
We work across London and up to 30 miles out, including parts of Hertfordshire, Surrey, Essex, Kent, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. If you are just beyond that, please ask.
How long does an installation take?
Most installations take a day or less once the design is agreed. Multi-floor schemes are phased, with a clear schedule in your proposal.
Can you install outside office hours?
Yes. We can install early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends. Access and timings are agreed with you or building management beforehand, so your team returns to a completed installation.
Do the installations need any maintenance?
No. Our artificial plants and flowers require no watering, feeding or ongoing plant maintenance. They are designed to retain their appearance without the upkeep associated with real planting. Optional aftercare is available for occasional dusting, refreshing and seasonal updates.
Can you work with our existing pots and planters?
Yes. We assess them at the site survey and can design planting to suit them, or recommend new containers where they would work better.
Do you offer bespoke installations?
Yes. Every installation is designed and made to order for your space.
Do you provide seasonal and Christmas installations?
Yes. We provide seasonal and Christmas installations that can be installed and removed out of hours, either alongside your permanent planting or on their own.
How realistic do your artificial plants look?
We carefully select high-quality artificial plants and flowers with realistic detailing, natural variation in height and shape, and finishes that look convincing up close. Samples can be brought to your site survey.
